Happy Thursday Beloved! We hope all is well!
It has been an exciting week! One of the biggest highlights, as you may have heard, was that Southeastern University in Lakeland began experiencing an unusual outpouring of the Holy Spirit last Wednesday during its annual conference…and it turned into a 9-day revival.
Here’s a national news story written about the outpouring- Southeastern University Cancels Classes as Multi-Day Worship and Repentance Service Breaks Out – RELEVANT
Our friends Mike and Rochelle went there on Thursday and testified that it was an incredibly powerful environment, so I knew we had to go.
By God’s Divine orchestration, we had already planned to go to Daytona Beach for the 500 on Saturday morning, and SEU is literally right on the way. We got there at around 11am on Saturday and we were able to stay for an hour.
IT WAS POWERFUL.
Not only was it amazing to see the hunger in the 100+ college students that were there, but I can testify that there was definitely a deep work that God was doing in that room.
As soon as I knelt down, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude, the kind that you can only respond to with tears. Then, after 15+ minutes of that, a wave of Gods holiness hit me, and I suddenly became overwhelmed with a desire and a conviction to become an even better follower and representative of Jesus. It was intense, and it lasted for the entire time that we remained in the room.
When I left, I realized that this is the natural response of the human heart to such a thick presence of the Holy Spirit- an overwhelming desire for personal holiness, not motivated by some specific sin or shortcoming, but by a fresh revelation of the Holiness of God.
Praise God that thousands of people have soaked in that environment.
Here’s one video I took while we were there:
Even Natty G got a fresh touch:

What else was wild is that an SEU student who was there when the revival broke out, came to The Front on Monday to share her testimony and to pray over us to receive an outpouring as well. Watch her on the video below:
And what else is wild and REALLY amazing is that during the revival, the Lakeland Planned Parenthood (which is only 2.6 miles away from SEU), announced that it was closing:

This is the first Planned Parenthood in Florida to close, and what a sign that it happened during the revival. In Jesus name many more will close in the days ahead!
**In addition to this Mighty move of God, there was also a big gathering at UCF last Tuesday where 1600 college students came to Christ. Read about that here- 1,600 Decisions for Jesus at U of Central Florida: ‘Revival Is Not Slowing Down!’ | CBN News**
After we left SEU, we headed straight for Daytona, and praise God- He provided everything for us. We were given an apartment on Daytona Beach for free, and we connected with a strong team of evangelists who minister on the streets of Daytona EVERY WEEK! I was so encouraged by them.
Here’s us worshipping together before we went out to minister outside the nightclubs on Saturday:
Saturday night was fun and fruitful. We were outside of the most popular bar in Daytona Beach preaching and playing worship music for several hours, and many people stopped for prayer and conversation.
We were out that night until almost 1am, and then I had a 6am wake up on Sunday so we could get to the prime spot at the speedway before the hell preachers got there. Although we got there first, the hell preachers still came and did what hell preachers do, but praise God, we drowned them out for several hours and then we had the spot to ourselves for over an hour.
HUGE waves of people came through every 5-10 minutes and all in all we likely planted seed into many thousands of people. We also gave out lots of gifts and tracts and prayed for a number of people as well. Here’s a few clips:
We’re already planning a bigger outreach for next year’s race, and the Daytona team is fired up to get working on it. SO thankful to know that Team Jesus has such a mighty squad over there!!
While we were gone, we were so proud of the team for holding things down in the 941. The worship and pastoral team from House Chapel even came and ministered with the crew at The Riverwalk on Saturday, and I heard it was very fruitful and that there was even a baptism.
Here’s one video:
I heard Sunday was a REALLY windy day, so there weren’t many people at the beach. However, I was SO proud of Amber and Mike for toughing it out to keep the fire burning and the Light shining despite those conditions!
This past Tuesday was a fun night too. I was invited to do a 75-minute evangelism training at Hope International’s ministry school. There were about 60 people in attendance, and they appropriately (for us) had the entire service outside, which was really fun.
Praise God, everyone who spoke to me afterward said it really helped them a lot. Here are a few clips:
This weekend should be a good one. The weather report looks great so we should have some good crowds.
Hope to see you on the frontlines!
We love you!

What an awesome experience you had last weekend. We can never praise Jesus for all He has done, and is doing through His Holy Spirit! I’m so glad you did the video of that student’s experience at SEU. I was able to watch a little of it on YouTube with a friend of mine. Love and prayers, “Mimi”
