Happy Friday friends and partners! And Happy Faith and Family Month!
It’s been another great week at The Joy Project. Praise the Lord we are continuing to see this movement expand across the region.
If you haven’t yet, be sure to check out our last update by clicking here- Joy Project Mission Update: June 5th, 2026 – Awaken Florida
This week we added a few more amazing ministries to our network of partners:

Soul Winners- Alfredo Munoz Ministry – Reaching the world through the love of God!

Bayside Community Church- Bayside Community Church | Your Local Church In Bradenton FL

and Kingdom Life Church- Kingdom Life Christian Church, Florida Inc | Home
Kingdom Life even has a school of evangelism, and after meeting with the assistant director of the school and showing him the menu of opportunities to serve the community that are already listed in the app, he was very excited. He said that he wants to get the students, and the congregation using it. Their senior pastor is also the chaplain for the Bradenton Police Dept and for the City of Bradenton, so we are excited to see what other opportunities come from this partnership.
So far, we’ve been so encouraged to receive such great feedback like this from ministers as we’ve shared the vision and the app with them. Virtually every ministry leader has said that what we are doing is a huge answer to prayer.
I love this reaction that I got from the co-leader of Worship on the Water the other day. It pretty much embodies how ministers feel about the mission:

It’s also been so encouraging for everyone to see the multitude of Kingdom activity happening in our region that is already listed in the app. This map pic is worth a thousand words:

We are still just barely scratching the surface though, so if you know anyone who leads or is part of any kind of outreach ministry, please refer them to us so we can partner with them.
Also, please be sure to tell EVERY Kingdom minded believer that you know to download the app and start getting plugged in to the things going on. There are options for street evangelism, street worship, feeding the homeless, and even prison ministry, so we definitely have something for everyone.
On another note, this Sunday is a special day for our nation. It is the 251st anniversary of the formation of the US Army (then called the Continental Army), which I believe is a parable for our mission at The Joy Project.

Essentially what happened was that dozens of militias across the colonies officially became one unified fighting force. The colonists realized that if they didn’t do this, there was no way we could defeat the British, who had the most well trained, well financed and well-equipped military in history.
This unification, combined with the power of God, took this rag tag group of mostly teenagers and early 20 somethings (many of whom had hardly ever fired a gun), and turned them into the Army that was able to secure a victory like David did against Goliath.
Here’s a cool site that has a great timeline showing how it all came about- U.S. Army | America’s First National Institution
In our day, our enemy has taken the form of trauma, propaganda, demonic influence, and satanic ideology. And like the British Military, our enemy today is VERY formidable. Like it was in 1775, if Spirit filled believers don’t unite and fight together (through prayer, evangelism and serving our community), there is NO WAY we can defeat the enemy.
I believe that the vision that God gave to our founder and CEO John Lemp, is a parable of the one that He gave to our Continental Congress in 1775. Through something as simple as an app and a mission, I believe that we will see the ecclesia unite, mobilize and gain victories against our enemy like never before.
Keep us lifted up as we work to raise up, unite and mobilize this mighty army and PLEASE join the battle if you haven’t yet. We need you!
Continued blessings
